Cracked and leaking after just a few uses, managed to seal it.
[Update] The seller contacted me about the issue so updating this to a 4. I managed to seal it with some Odie’s Oil I had, if you run into this issue give that a shot.The cup seemed great but after just a few uses it developed a crack and now leaks everywhere when trying to use it. I carefully made sure to only handwash it, dry it after washing, etc yet it still cracked very quickly. I see no way to contact the seller either.

These are great quality. I bought these for my husband, and when they first came I was missing part of my product. When I reached out to the company they were AMAZING and sent me a replacement that I received within a day or two. I’d buy more of their products for the fact that the customer service was so good. I like the design, they are easy to hold and the quality is excellent. We haven’t had any issues some of the other negative reviews had. It compliments the bourbon taste well, he only uses these when enjoying a glass since purchase.

Highly Recommend Bourbon Cups
I bought two cups and am very happy with how they look and function. The cups sweat very little. Other cups I have purchased sweated to the point of leaking.The cups also help to enhance the flavor of the bourbon. It’s not mind blowing but definitely noticeable in all the right ways.

Check for leaks
The first set I received had a hairline crack in the bottom and leaked. Easy return and received a replacement set and love them. Recommend getting the stainless steel ice cubes or similar so it doesn’t water down the alcohol.
