Most physical items sold on WhiskeyAndWhisky.com can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and inserts.

A refund is issued after our team receives the item and confirms it meets return eligibility. Processing may take up to 30 days. If we need more information to complete the return, we will contact you directly.

Items purchased between November 1 and December 31, may be returned through January 31.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

How to Start a Return

Preparing Your Return Shipment

Heavy or Oversized Items

Heavy or oversized items may incur additional handling or return shipping charges. These include:

Some may require an arranged pickup appointment.

Discounted Purchases
